The general terms and conditions (GTC)

General

It is our aim to serve you according to your needs and to your complete satisfaction. Therefore, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are to be seen as the basis for a fair customer relationship. When you submit an order, you agree to the GTC. Changes to these General Terms and Conditions are possible at any time. The GTC valid at the time of the order therefore apply to all contracts.

Prices

All prices are shown in CHF (Swiss francs) and include the statutory VAT of 8.1%. Tiger Swiss AG accepts all common credit cards as well as instant transfers from the largest Swiss banks (CS, UBS, Postfinance, Migros Bank, etc.) represented by Sofort GmbH. Payments via PayPal are also possible and within Switzerland we deliver on invoice payable within 10 days.

Order / delivery within Switzerland

Deliveries are made after payment has been authorized and the products will be delivered immediately if they are in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent via email with the expected delivery date.

Economy shipping within Switzerland takes 2-5 working days.

Priority shipping within Switzerland takes 1-3 working days.

International deliveries

International deliveries are generally possible. Import duties, which must be paid by the recipient, may apply depending on the country and volume. For shipments outside Europe, the cheapest shipping option is always chosen - unless the customer requests otherwise.

Exchange/Return

Your order is binding. In principle, ordered items can be returned. For a valid exchange or return, please log into your customer account and fill out the relevant form.

We ask you to check the delivery for correctness and integrity upon receipt and to report any complaints to us immediately. 5 days after receipt of the delivery, it is considered approved.

Liability

Tiger Swiss AG assumes no liability for undeliverable or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, or events due to force majeure.

Data and security

Only the data necessary to process the order is recorded. We undertake to treat personal customer data confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation. Customer data is neither passed on to third parties nor used for third-party advertising.
