bally launched the Tigerfinkli around 1900
Around 1890/1900 the original Tigerfinkli was launched and distributed by the Bally company in Schönenwerd.

Tiger Swiss and Jelmoli have a partnership that has lasted for over 100 years.
The Jelmoli catalogue from 1917 offers the classic tiger with pompom for children as well as a ballerina for women.

The Tigerfinkli quickly became a "must-have" for boys and girls. Whether for exploring the garden or keeping your feet warm in the living room, the Tigerli were always there.

Company takeover by the company "Schuhfabrik Edy Glogg AG"
If Tigerfinkli are already being produced on behalf of BALLY, Edi Glogg secures the licensing rights to the product and thereby lays the foundation for the company in its current form.

Relocation of production to Wagrowiec/PL
After a change of ownership, the entire machine park was relocated to a new, in-house facility with over 2000m2 of production space. This is where our shoes are still made, using the original method.

Anniversary special with annabelle
To mark the 75th anniversary of the women's magazine annabelle, the first special version is being created in collaboration with the publisher and editorial team based on a cooperation with an external partner.

Redesign of the Tiger Swiss brand
Following a change of ownership, the entire brand image is being redesigned and the existing range of over 100 different items is being significantly reduced.
